1. Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Cut the slices of provolone in half and place two halves on the bottom half of the flat bread. Place the turkey salad mix on top of the cheese and then finish with the other two halves of the cheese.
3. Fold the flat bread over to cover the salad mix. Place on a hot panini grill and cook for 1 minute until bread is hot and crispy.
4. Cut in half and serve with your favorite side.
