- 2 CHEF REDI® Tenders — cut in half
- 4 small Hawaiin type rolls
- 1/2 c. Shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. Green onions — thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. Red cabbage — thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp. Vinaigrette
- Cook tenders using the directions provided.
- Cut open four Hawaiian rolls.
- Mix shredded carrots, green onions, cabbage and vinaigrette in a bowl and place on roll.
- Place top bun on sandwich, sprinkle parsley around plate, drizzle with vinaigrette.
