- 2 CHEF REDI® Tenders — cut on bias
- 1/4 c. red pepper — chopped
- 1/4 c. yellow pepper
- 1/4 c. Kung Po sauce
- 2 tsp. peanuts
- 1 green onion — sliced thin
- 1 c. rice noodles — cooked
- Fry tenders until internal temperature reaches 165°.
- Cook noodles as directed on box.
- Mix all the ingredients listed above in a bowl.
- Place on a plate and garnish with green onions.
