- 3 oz. Ground Turkey
- 1/2 c. Fresh Spinach
- 1 tsp. Garlic
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp. Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Diced Onions
- 1 Flour Tortilla
- Heat ground turkey in skillet until browned.
- Saute spinach and cloves of garlic in olive oil. Add cooked ground turkey, tomatoes, and onions to saute and warm until blended.
- Place tortilla on plate and layer with warmed ingredients.
- Roll tortilla to create a wrap.
