- 54 slices Turkey Bacon — cooked and cut into fine strips
- 20 lbs. Potatoes — Diced
- 72 oz. Sour Cream
- 2 c. Ranch Dressing
- 1 1/2 c. Chives
- 2 c. Cheese — Shredded
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cook potatoes in steamer for approximately 10 minutes, or until soft to touch.
- Drain and place in large bowl. Mix in bacon strips, sour cream, ranch dressing, chives and cheese.
- All salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
