- 1 1/2 lbs. HARVESTLAND® Fresh Boneless, Skinless Thigh Filets
- 32 oz. Cannellini or White beans — drained
- 32 oz. stewed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed) — chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
- Place chicken, beans, tomatoes, rosemary and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook covered 6-8 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on high.
