Turkey Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 Italian Baguette — cut in 10 slices
  • 1/8 c. Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Garlic
  • 1 c. Turkey — finely diced
  • 1/4 c. Sundried Tomatoes — finely diced
  • 1/4 c. Mozzarella Cheese — shredded
  • 1/8 c. Fresh Basil Leaves — chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice an Italian baguette, brush with olive oil and top with minced garlic. Toast until golden brown.
  2. Slice Perdue® Turkey Breast, cut into small pieces.
  3. Mix with the sun-dried tomatoes, fresh chopped basil and mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
