- 3 oz. Perdue® Lower-Sodium Turkey Breast — sliced thin
- 2 oz. Fresh Ricotta Cheese, no salt added
- 1/2 c. Arugula
- 2 slices Tomato
- 1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. Fresh chopped basil
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 whole Focaccia roll
- For vinaigrette, combine olive oil, basil and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and whisk vigorously.
- To assemble sandwich, split focaccia in half and toast until lightly browned. Brush with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Beginning with bottom half, layer turkey, tomatoes and arugula. Spread ricotta on top half, and place over bottom half.
