Asian CHEF REDI® Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 CHEF REDI® Chicken Tenders — sliced on bias
  • 1 c. spiral noodles — cooked
  • 2 c. lettuce — shredded
  • 1 tsp. green onions — sliced
  • 1 tsp. carrots — julienned

Instructions

  1. Fry Chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  2. Cook pasta as directed on the box.
  3. Lay lettuce on the plate.
  4. Mix Chef Redi strips, noodles, green onions and carrots in a bowl.Spoon on top of lettuce.
