Bacon Lovers Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 brioche buns
- 12 pc. PERDUE NAE TURKEY BACON RTC - 51102
- 4 pc. PERDUE HL NAE, FC, GM, IF, BONELESS FILET - 56451
- 4 slice provolone cheese
- 4 tbsp. pesto — premade
- 1/2 c. red onion — sliced
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. arugula
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add turkey bacon to a sheet tray and roast in the oven until golden brown and crispy.
- Toss red onion with olive oil. Transfer onions to a sheet tray and place in a 400-degree oven until charred.
- Cook thawed precooked chicken on an oiled griddle until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- To assemble, evenly distribute pesto on both sides of the buns, add cooked chicken breast, slice of provolone cheese, 3 pieces of cooked turkey bacon, roasted red onions, arugula and enjoy.
- Serve with waffle fries.
