12 each mini naan
3 c. Buffalo wing sauce, prepared, choice of brand
Baby spinach leaves, as desired
Pickled red onion slices, as desired
Instructions for Blue Cheese Dressing
Combine all ingredients. Season to taste and set aside.
Instructions for Naanwich
Set fryer to 350°F. Fry chicken breasts until crisp. Set on paper towels to soak up grease, and dice.
Warm naan. Assemble naanwich as follows:
● Spread about 2 tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce on each naan, drizzle heavily with blue cheese dressing and layer with spinach, pickled onions and chicken. Drizzle with remaining Buffalo wing sauce on top.
