CHEF REDI® Standouts

Ingredients

  • 2 CHEF REDI® Tenders — cut in half
  • 4 small Hawaiin type rolls
  • 1/2 c. Shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. Green onions — thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. Red cabbage — thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp. Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Cook tenders using the directions provided.
  2. Cut open four Hawaiian rolls.
  3. Mix shredded carrots, green onions, cabbage and vinaigrette in a bowl and place on roll.
  4. Place top bun on sandwich, sprinkle parsley around plate, drizzle with vinaigrette.
