Chicken Antipasti Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 CHEF REDI® Tenders — cut on a bias
  • 1/4 c. kalamate olives — sliced
  • 1/4 c. green olives — sliced
  • 1/4 c. pepperoni — sliced
  • 1/4 c. feta cheese
  • 2 slices flat bread — triangle cut

Instructions

  1. Fry Chef Redi® Tenders until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  2. Mix all olives and pepperoni together in a bowl with tenders.
  3. Pour mixture into center of plate. Add flatbread around mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
