Chicken Kung Po Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 CHEF REDI® Tenders — cut on bias
  • 1/4 c. red pepper — chopped
  • 1/4 c. yellow pepper
  • 1/4 c. Kung Po sauce
  • 2 tsp. peanuts
  • 1 green onion — sliced thin
  • 1 c. rice noodles — cooked

Instructions

  1. Fry tenders until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  2. Cook noodles as directed on box.
  3. Mix all the ingredients listed above in a bowl.
  4. Place on a plate and garnish with green onions.
