Chicken Sushi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 CHEF REDI® Chicken Tenders — sliced thin
  • 1 pkg. Sushi Wrap
  • 1 c. Rice — cooked
  • 1 whole Cucumber — cut julienne style
  • 1/4 c. Red Pepper — cut julienne style
  • 1/4 c. Avocado

Instructions

  1. Fry tenders until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  2. Fold the cucumber, red pepper and avocado into wet rice.
  3. Lay sushi wrap on cutting board and wrap around rice mixture.
  4. Slice in 6 pieces. Add Soy sauce (optional).
