Deli Application with sauces, chutney, breads, crackers and olives.
Ingredients
- 18 whole CHEF REDI® Chicken Tenders
- 8 slices mini bread
- 2 Ramekins of sauce & chutney
- 12 whole Crackers
- 6 whole Olives
- 4 Green Leafy Lettuce leaves
- 6 pc. Parsley
Instructions
- Fry tenders until internal temperature reaches 165°.
- Layer both sides of platter with lettuce.
- Add bread and crackers on each side.
- Place tenders on the other sides of platter.
- Add ramekins of sauce & chutney. Garnish with olives and parsley (optional).
