Deli Application with sauces, chutney, breads, crackers and olives.

Ingredients

  • 18 whole CHEF REDI® Chicken Tenders
  • 8 slices mini bread
  • 2 Ramekins of sauce & chutney
  • 12 whole Crackers
  • 6 whole Olives
  • 4 Green Leafy Lettuce leaves
  • 6 pc. Parsley

Instructions

  1. Fry tenders until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  2. Layer both sides of platter with lettuce.
  3. Add bread and crackers on each side.
  4. Place tenders on the other sides of platter.
  5. Add ramekins of sauce & chutney. Garnish with olives and parsley (optional).
