Chicken Tenders Open Face Melt

Ingredients

  • 2 CHEF REDI® Chicken Tenders
  • 1 whole Bagel — sliced
  • 1 whole Egg — cooked omelet-style
  • 1/4 c. Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley — Chopped
  • 1 pkg. Hash Browns — optional

Instructions

  1. Place egg omelet on half of the bagel.
  2. Top with 2 Chicken Tenders.
  3. Add cheese on top and melt in broiler or salamander (just to melt cheese).
  4. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. chopped parsley. Place other half of bagel on top. Serve with hash browns.
