- 1 pkg. HARVESTLAND® Fresh Chicken Drumsticks (about 1 3/4 lbs.)
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Canned Chipotle chilis* in adobo sauce — minced
- 2 tbsp. tequila
- Place drumsticks in a shallow dish. Combine ketchup, chipotle chilis and tequila in a small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce and pour remaining over drumsticks. Stir to evenly coat chicken. Let stand 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. Place drumsticks on prepared pan and bake 20 minutes. Brush with remaining sauce and bake 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (180ºF) and glaze is set.
*Canned chipotle chilis are sold in the Hispanic food section of most supermarkets or ethnic markets. Leftover chilis can be stored in a covered container in refrigerator.
