- 4 slices Golden Pan Roasted Turkey Breast — Rolled
- 1 c. Romaine Lettuce — Shredded
- 2 tbsp. Chopped bacon
- 4 tbsp. Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/2 Vine ripened tomato — sliced
- 1/8 c. Red Onions — diced
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 egg — hard-boiled and quartered
- In a stainless steel bowl mix the shredded lettuce with the chopped bacon and blue cheese dressing.
- Place lettuce mixture on to plate and top with the rolled turkey, sliced tomato, onions, avocado, and quartered egg.
