  • 3 oz. Lower-Sodium Turkey Breast — sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp. Grey Poupon Honey Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Dried cherries — soaked, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Sherry vinegar
  • 1 Radichio — whole leaves
  • 2 Roma tomato — sliced
  • 2 Sourdough bread slices


  1. Combine mustard, cherries and vinegar in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Lightly grill sourdough bread over open flame or toast in the oven. Spread both slices on one side with tart cherry mustard.
  3. Layer turkey, radicchio, and roma tomatoes on one slice, top with second slice and serve.
