Greek Chicken Bowl

Take your taste buds to the Mediterranean with this Greek-inspired bowl combining PERDUE® Fully Cooked ½” Diced Chicken with rice, vegetables, and tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 c. PERDUE® Fully Cooked ½” Diced Chicken, White and Dark Meat (80921)
- 4 c. lemon dill rice pilaf — prepared
- 2 c. tomato — large chop
- 1⅓ c. cucumber — large slices
- 1 c. red onion — thick slices
- 1 c. kalamata olives — pitted
- 1⅓ c. feta cheese — crumbled
- 1 c. tzatziki sauce — prepared
- 1 lemon — sliced
Instructions
- To assemble the bowl, add lemon dill rice pilaf to bottom and top with fully cooked diced chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
