Take your taste buds to the Mediterranean with this Greek-inspired bowl combining PERDUE® Fully Cooked ½” Diced Chicken with rice, vegetables, and tzatziki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 c. PERDUE® Fully Cooked ½” Diced Chicken, White and Dark Meat (80921)
  • 4 c. lemon dill rice pilaf — prepared
  • 2 c. tomato — large chop
  • 1⅓ c. cucumber — large slices
  • 1 c. red onion — thick slices
  • 1 c. kalamata olives — pitted
  • 1⅓ c. feta cheese — crumbled
  • 1 c. tzatziki sauce — prepared
  • 1 lemon — sliced

Instructions

  1. To assemble the bowl, add lemon dill rice pilaf to bottom and top with fully cooked diced chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
  2. Garnish with lemon slices.
