Greek Chicken Sliders

Serving Size: 3 sliders

Crunchy chicken filet topped with Tzatziki Sauce and Kalamata Olives served on a fluffy roll.


  • 3 Chicken Breast Sliders
  • 3 Small Kaiser Rolls
  • 3 Kalamata Olives
  • 2 c. Plain Non-fat Yogurt
  • 2 Cucumbers — peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lemon — juiced
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Dill — chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper


  1. In a food processor or blender, combine yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic. Put the sauce in container and store in the refrigerator.
  2. Cook the chicken breast sliders according to the package instructions making sure that the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  3. Assemble the sandwich by placing the chicken slider on top of the bottom half of the roll. Cover the top of the chicken breast with the sauce followed by the top of the roll. Garnish the top of the roll with a Kalamata Olive and serve.
