Grilled Turkey Chalupa with Roasted Onion, Mushroom and Swiss


  • 6 oz. Golden Pan Roasted Turkey Breast — Sliced
  • 1 Chalupa Flat Bread
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 3 tbsp. Caramelized Onions — diced
  • 3 tbsp. mushrooms — cooked, diced


  1. Mix the Onions and Mushrooms together and set aside.
  2. Place two slices of the Swiss cheese on half of the chalupa flat bread. Layer the turkey breast on top of the Swiss cheese.
  3. Top the turkey with the Onion Mushroom mixture followed by the other two slices of Swiss cheese.
  4. Fold the flat bread in half and place onto the Panini grill and cook until the cheese has melted and the outside is brown and crispy.
