- 12 Lemons — halved
- 48 Artichoke Hearts — halved
- 12 HARVESTLAND® Organic Chicken Breasts
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Preheat grill.
- Season HARVESTLAND Organic Chicken Breast with salt and pepper.
- Place on a grill over medium heat; cook until an internal temperature reaches 180F.
- Grill lemons and artichoke hearts until caramelized.
- Place heated roasted potatoes, artichoke hearts and lemons on a plate with grilled chicken.
