- 16 Perdue® Turkey Meatballs
- 1 1/2 c. Prepared marinara sauce
- 1 Green bell pepper half — cut into strips
- 4 Hoagie Breads or submarine rolls — split
- 1/2 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Combine meatballs, marinara sauce and green pepper in medium saucepan. Simmer for 15-20 minutes; stirring occasionally.
- Spoon meatballs and sauce into each roll.
- Top meatballs with cheese and serve warm.
