Lake Shore Roasted Turkey and Broccoli Slaw

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Pan Roasted Turkey — cut into strips
  • 1/4 c. Broccoli — chopped
  • 1/8 c. carrots — shredded
  • 1/8 c. white cabbage — shredded
  • 1/8 c. red cabbage — shredded
  • 2 tsp. dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 6-inch Round flat bread — grilled
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cut Perdue Pan Roasted Turkey Breast into thick strips.
  2. Prepare chopped fresh broccoli, finely shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, and shredded white cabbage, and toss with mayonnaise and the Ranch seasoning mix.
  3. Remove several outer layers from a red cabbage to serve as a salad bowl and fill with turkey combination.
  4. Garnish with grilled flat bread cut into triangles.
