Loaded Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 54 slices Turkey Bacon — cooked and cut into fine strips
  • 20 lbs. Potatoes — Diced
  • 72 oz. Sour Cream
  • 2 c. Ranch Dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. Chives
  • 2 c. Cheese — Shredded
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in steamer for approximately 10 minutes, or until soft to touch.
  2. Drain and place in large bowl. Mix in bacon strips, sour cream, ranch dressing, chives and cheese.
  3. All salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
