Maple Cinnamon Breakfast Chicken Griller

Ingredients

  • 2 CHEF REDI® Tenders
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 c. cheese
  • 2 slices Maple Cinnamon Flat Bread
  • 1 tsp. parsley — chopped
  • 1 pkg. Hash browns
  • 1 green lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice tomato

Instructions

  1. Fry tenders to internal temperature of 165°.
  2. Cook eggs in omelet style.
  3. Place egg, tenders and cheese on top of flat bread.
  4. Place on grill to melt cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Add hash brown potatoes, lettuce, and sliced tomatoes, if desired.
