Mediterranean Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Fajita Strips — grilled
  • 1/4 c. Romaine Lettuce — shredded
  • 2 oz. Italian Salami — diced
  • 1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese — shredded
  • 2 tbsp. Red Onions — diced
  • 1 tbsp. Kalamata Olives — sliced
  • 2 Artichoke Hearts — sliced into quarters
  • 2 tbsp. Steamed Rice
  • 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 Flour Tortilla

Instructions

  1. Warm Fajita Strips in the oven to 145º.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the lettuce, salami, cheese, olives, artichoke, rice and the dressing together.
  3. Place the tortilla on a plate and lay the salad mixture on top. Place the warmed chicken strip on top of the salad mixture and then roll up the wrap.
