Mini Chicken, Turkey Bacon and Cheddar Soft Tacos
- 9 oz. shaved pan-roasted Chicken Breast
- 3 mini soft tacos
- 2 tsp. Turkey Bacon — chopped
- 2 tsp. Cheddar cheese — shredded
- 2 oz. salsa
- 2 oz. sour cream
- Shave the Chicken Breast and then julienne.
- On the flat top grill cook the chicken and the chopped bacon until warmed through. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
- Warm the soft taco shell on the grill and then stuff the chicken, bacon and cheese in to it. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
