Mini Chicken, Turkey Bacon and Cheddar Soft Tacos

  • 9 oz. shaved pan-roasted Chicken Breast
  • 3 mini soft tacos
  • 2 tsp. Turkey Bacon — chopped
  • 2 tsp. Cheddar cheese — shredded
  • 2 oz. salsa
  • 2 oz. sour cream


  1. Shave the Chicken Breast and then julienne.
  2. On the flat top grill cook the chicken and the chopped bacon until warmed through. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
  3. Warm the soft taco shell on the grill and then stuff the chicken, bacon and cheese in to it. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
