Napoli Turkey Burger


  • 1 PERDUE® Turkey Burger
  • 1 Roma Tomatoes — sliced
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 3 oz. Fresh Mozzarella cheese — sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Pesto mayonnaise
  • 1 Ciabatta Roll


  1. Place a frozen turkey burger on a flat or chargrill. Grill until burger is 160°F.
  2. Place burger on bottom side of bun with the lettuce underneath.
  3. Top the burger with the Roma Tomato slices, Mozzarella slices and the pesto mayonnaise.
  4. Garnish plate with favorite chips or pasta salad.
