Organic Chicken Steamed Bun with Jicama Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Balinese vinaigrette
  • 1/4 bunch Cilantro — picked
  • 3 Jalapeno — shaved thin
  • 3 Jicama — thinly sliced
  • 2 Red peppers — thinly sliced
  • 1 Spanish onion — thinly sliced
  • 6 HARVESTLAND® Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken
  • 12 Steamed buns

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350º F.
  2. Roast chicken until it is fully heated, allow to sit for 10 minutes, slice.
  3. Combine the jicama, red peppers, onion, jalapeno, cilantro and vinaigrette.
  4. Add the sliced chicken into the jicama slaw.
  5. Place an equal amount of the chicken and slaw into a steamed bun.
