PERDUE® Turkey Ham Open-Faced Garden Slam-wich

Ingredients

  • PERDUE® Turkey Ham — sliced
  • 1 qt. Heirloom tomatoes — quartered
  • 2 c. Green beans — blanched, sliced
  • 1 c. Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 c. Red wine vinaigrette
  • 24 slices Sliced sourdough boule — grilled
  • 24 Butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Toss tomatoes, green beans and olives in vinaigrette
  2. Lay 1 slice of grilled sourdough in the bottom of a bowl, arrange lettuce behind the bread.
  3. Layer sliced PERDUE® Turkey Ham over the bread.
  4. Spon mixed veggies behind ham; garnish bowl with a second piece of grilled bread.
