Prepare PERDUE turkey sausage according to directions.
Slice each link in ½ on a diagonal.
For each skewer, thread 3 – ½ links, alternating with pineapple chunks and ending with a ½ link.
For glaze, place maple syrup and apple juice in a small saucepan and boil until reduced to thin syrup. Place skewers on baking pan, drizzle with glaze and put under broiler just until glaze starts to sizzle.
Remove and place a cherry on top of each skewer.
Serve with a side of mixed fresh fruit and shredded ovened potatoes.
