Slow Cooker Chicken Cassoulet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. HARVESTLAND® Fresh Boneless, Skinless Thigh Filets
  • 32 oz. Cannellini or White beans — drained
  • 32 oz. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary (or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed) — chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper

Instructions

Preparation:

  1. Place chicken, beans, tomatoes, rosemary and pepper in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  2. Cook covered 6-8 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on high.
