Ingredients
- 8 slice white bread — the crust cut off
- 4 pc. PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, READY TO COOK, BREADED, SPICY, CHICKEN BREAST FILETS WITH RIB MEAT, FRITTER, 4.2 OZ., FROZEN - 7095
- 2 tbsp. kewpie mayo
- 20 pc. dill pickles — thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. tonkatsu sauce
- 1 c. coleslaw mix — premade
Instructions
- Fry spicy chicken filets until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- To assemble: Per sandwich, add kewpie mayo to both slices of bread, coleslaw mix, 1 spicy chicken filet, tonkatsu sauce, pickles and enjoy.
