Ingredients

  • 8 slice white bread — the crust cut off
  • 4 pc. PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, READY TO COOK, BREADED, SPICY, CHICKEN BREAST FILETS WITH RIB MEAT, FRITTER, 4.2 OZ., FROZEN - 7095
  • 2 tbsp. kewpie mayo
  • 20 pc. dill pickles — thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. tonkatsu sauce
  • 1 c. coleslaw mix — premade

Instructions

  1. Fry spicy chicken filets until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  2. To assemble: Per sandwich, add kewpie mayo to both slices of bread, coleslaw mix, 1 spicy chicken filet, tonkatsu sauce, pickles and enjoy.
