Swiss Turkey Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 Woodfire Grill Turkey Burger
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Scallions — thinly sliced
  • 1 oz. mushrooms — thinly sliced and lightly sauteed
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Kaiser Roll
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce leaf
  • 2 slices tomato

Instructions

  1. Grill Turkey Burger to desired doneness.
  2. Melt swiss cheese over burger and top with scallions and mushrooms.
  3. Spread mustard on bottom half of each roll.
  4. Place burger on bun and top with a generous dollop of sour cream.
  5. Serve lettuce and tomato on side as garnish or burger topper.
