Turkey Brie Melt

Ingredients
- 12 slices Sourdough Bread — 2 oz. each
- 2 1/4 lbs. Perdue® Slicing Turkey Breast — thinly sliced
- 48 Fresh Basil leaves
- 24 slices Tomato — 1/4 inch thick
- 1 1/2 lbs. Brie Cheese — sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 12 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/2 c. Olive Oil — as needed
Instructions
- For each sandwich, brush one slice of bread with olive oil; broil until lightly browned.
- Top each slice of bread with 3 ounces of turkey, 4 basil leaves, 2 slices of tomato, and 2 ounces of the sliced brie.
- Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil; serve immediately.
