Ingredients

  • 12 PERDUE® Turkey Meat Balls
  • 1/4 c. Teriyaki Sauce
  • 12 slices Cucumber — thin-sliced
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Warm meat balls in oven with the teriyaki sauce until internal temperature is 140ºF.
  2. Once cool, fold cucumber and place on top of meatball with toothpick.
