Turkey Soft Tacos

Ingredients

  • 24 whole 8-inch Soft flour tortillas — warmed
  • 2 c. Black beans — heated
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese — shredded
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Perdue® turkey breast — cut into strips
  • 3 c. lettuce leaves — shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. niblet corn
  • 1 c. Salsa — as needed
  • 1 c. Dairy sour cream — as needed

Instructions

  1. For each serving, place two flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. Fill each tortilla with 2 tablespoons lettuce, 1 tablespoon black beans, 1 ounce cheese, 1 ounce turkey and 1 tablespoon corn.
  3. Serve tacos with salsa and sour cream as needed.
