Venetian Chicken-Orzo Pasta Salad
- 2 1/4 lbs. Perdue Oven Roasted Chicken Strips
- 5 c. orzo pasta — cooked
- 1 c. zucchini — thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. red peppers — thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. red onions — thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Oregano — chopped fine
- 1/2 c. toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- Combine Perdue Chicken strips with sliced zucchini, red peppers, red onions, oregano, toasted pine nuts and cooked orzo.
- Toss with Italian dressing and serve with garlic-toasted crustinis.
