Venetian Chicken-Orzo Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lbs. Perdue Oven Roasted Chicken Strips
  • 5 c. orzo pasta — cooked
  • 1 c. zucchini — thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. red peppers — thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. red onions — thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Oregano — chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. toasted pine nuts
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine Perdue Chicken strips with sliced zucchini, red peppers, red onions, oregano, toasted pine nuts and cooked orzo.
  2. Toss with Italian dressing and serve with garlic-toasted crustinis.
