Zesty Club Trio Deli-Style Sandwich
- 8 slices Turkey Bologna
- 16 slices Hickory Smoked Turkey Ham
- 8 slices Skinless Turkey Breast, Oven Roasted
- 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes — chopped
- 1/2 c. pickled banana peppers — chopped
- 1/4 c. Italian vinaigrette
- 2 c. fresh baby arugula
- 2 tbsp. sriracha
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 medium-sized loaves French bread — horizontal cut
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Combine tomatoes, banana peppers and half of the vinaigrette. Set aside.
- Blend together the baby arugula and remaining vinaigrette. Set aside.
- Mix together the Sriracha and mayonnaise. Set aside.
- Smear Sriracha mayo on bottom of cut bread.
- Top with the dressed arugula, provolone, turkey ham, turkey breast, turkey bologna and the dressed tomatoes and banana peppers. Place the undressed cut of bread on top.
- Cut the sandwich in half, serve as one half equals one portion. Serve.
