Ingredients for Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 ½ c. white wine vinegar
- 24 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 c. sour cream
- 3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, taste
Ingredients for Naanwich
- 12 Clux Delux® FC Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Filet
- 12 each mini naan
- 3 c. Buffalo wing sauce, prepared, choice of brand
- Baby spinach leaves, as desired
- Pickled red onion slices, as desired

Instructions for Naanwich
- Set fryer to 350°F. Fry chicken breasts until crisp. Set on paper towels to soak up grease, and dice.
- Warm naan. Assemble naanwich as follows: ● Spread about 2 tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce on each naan, drizzle heavily with blue cheese dressing and layer with spinach, pickled onions and chicken. Drizzle with remaining Buffalo wing sauce on top.
