Elevate PERDUE® CHEF REDI® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Fully Cooked Steamed Chicken Wings with a scratch-made hot sauce cooked with calabrian chiles, garlic, honey, and vinegar.


Ingredients

  • 2 c. Calabrian chiles — packed in oil, drained, stems removed
  • 6 clove garlic — roasted
  • ½ c. white vinegar
  • ½ c. honey
  • 4 lb. PERDUE® CHEF REDI® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, Fully Cooked, Steamed Chicken Wings (7003)
  • 2 tbsp. parsley — chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  3. Pulse calabrian chiles, garlic, honey and white vinegar in a food processor until mostly smooth.
  4. Pour sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then turn off heat.
  5. Toss the cooked chicken wings in the hot sauce to coat.
  6. Plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
