Calabrian Chile BBQ Wings

Elevate PERDUE® CHEF REDI® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Fully Cooked Steamed Chicken Wings with a scratch-made hot sauce cooked with calabrian chiles, garlic, honey, and vinegar.
Ingredients
- 2 c. Calabrian chiles — packed in oil, drained, stems removed
- 6 clove garlic — roasted
- ½ c. white vinegar
- ½ c. honey
- 4 lb. PERDUE® CHEF REDI® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, Fully Cooked, Steamed Chicken Wings (7003)
- 2 tbsp. parsley — chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the fryer to 350 degrees.
- Fry chicken wings until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Pulse calabrian chiles, garlic, honey and white vinegar in a food processor until mostly smooth.
- Pour sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil, then turn off heat.
- Toss the cooked chicken wings in the hot sauce to coat.
- Plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
