Try a new take on a classic Chicago-style sandwich with PERDUE® No Antibiotics Ever 2 Star Skinless Turkey Breast Golden Browned, topped with spicy giardiniera and melted provolone.


Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sub rolls — hinged
  • 20 slice PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER 2 Star Skinless Turkey Breast, Golden Browned (70380)
  • 2 ½ c. turkey broth — hot
  • 8 slice provolone cheese
  • ½ c. spicy giardiniera
  • 8 pepperoncini

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place provolone cheese on each sub roll and bake for 6-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  2. Slice half the pepperoncini and set aside.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
  1. To the sub roll, add roasted sliced turkey, a small ladle of hot turkey broth, spicy giardiniera, and garnish with 1 sliced up pepperoncini and 1 whole.
  2. To 4 small bowls, add the remaining hot turkey broth for dipping.
