Ingredients
- 4 PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER, Ready to Cook, Southern Style Breaded Chicken Breast Fritters, 40z. (7027)
- ¼ c. chili crisp
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- 4 egg buns — toasted
- 4 green lettuce leaf
- 8 tomatoes — sliced
- 1 c. bread and butter pickles
- 1 c. pickled red onion — sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the fryer to 350 degrees.
- Fry chicken filets until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
- Add mayo, lettuce, tomato on each bottom bun.
- Top with chicken filet, chili crisp, pickles, pickled red onion and top bun.
