- 24 PERDUE® HARVESTLAND® Fresh CVP Whole Wings
- Fryer oil, as needed
SAUCE CHOICES
Ingredients for Truffalo Sauce
- ½ c. hot sauce, prepared, choice of brand
- 8 tbsp. butter, softened (1 stick)
- 1 ½ tbsp. truffle olive oil
- ¾ tbsp. agave
- ⅓ tsp. salt
Ingredients for Chipotle Orange Sauce
- ¼ c. chipotle hot sauce, prepared, choice of brand
- 1 c. orange juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. ancho chile powder
Ingredients for Vietnamese Chili & Honey Sauce
- ½ c. Sriracha sauce, prepared, choice of brand
- ½ c. honey
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- ⅓ tsp. roasted sesame oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
Ingredients for Mango Peach Habanero Sauce
- ¼ c. habanero hot sauce, prepared, choice of brand
- ½ c. mango nectar
- ½ c. peach nectar
- ¼ c. butter, softened
- 2 tsp. light corn syrup
Instructions
Instructions for Chicken
- Set fryer to 350°F.
- Fry chicken wings until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Toss into sauce (below) and coat.
Instructions for Sauces
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Toss over hot wings and serve.
Instructions for Mango Peach Habanero Sauce
- Combine all ingredients.
- Heat in saucepan over low to medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until reduced and thickened.
- Toss over hot wings and serve.
