French Dip Turkey Burger

A spin on your classic French dip sandwich made with PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Ready to Cook Woodfire Grill Flavored Turkey Patties topped with caramelized onions and dipped in savory turkey au jus.


Ingredients

  • 4 brioche buns — toasted
  • 4 PERDUE® NO ANTIBIOTICS EVER Ready to Cook Woodfire Grill Flavored Turkey Pattie, 4oz. (80178)
  • 4 slice swiss cheese
  • 1 c. caramelized onions — prepared
  • 1⅓ c. arugula
  • 3 c. turkey au jus

Instructions

  1. Place turkey patties on a grill and cook on both sides until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Add swiss cheese to each patty 1 minute before removing from the grill to melt.
Instructions for Sandwich Build
  1. Place arugula on the bottom of each bun, followed by grilled turkey patty, caramelized onions and the top bun.
  2. Add the turkey au jus to 4 bowls and serve on the side.
