Thai Turkey Pizza

Ingredients
- 3 1/3 c. Hickory Smoked Barbecue sauce
- 1/3 c. Hoisin Sauce
- 1/3 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
- 5 1/4 lbs. Pizza Dough
- 1 1/2 lbs. Perdue® Pan-Roasted Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey Breast — cut into triangles
- 1 1/2 lbs. Straw Mushrooms — drained
- 3/4 c. Green Onions — sliced
- 3/4 c. Peanuts — chopped
- 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese — shredded
- 1/4 c. Olive Oil — as needed
Instructions
- Stir together the barbeque sauce, hoisin sauce, and peanut butter until well blended. Cover and chill for use as the pizza sauce.
- For each pizza, use 7 ounces of dough to make an 8 or 9 inch crust. Brush with olive oil.
- Spread 3 ounces (1/3 cup) of the sauce mixture over pizza.
- Sprinkle with 2 ounces (1/2 cup) of the turkey, 2 ounces (2 tablespoons) of the mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of the green onion, 1 tablespoon of the peanuts, and 1 1/2 ounces (1/3 cup) of the cheese.
- Sprinkle pizza with 2 ounces (1/2 cup) of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a 425°F oven for 13 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Serve immediately.
