Thai Turkey Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 1/3 c. Hickory Smoked Barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 c. Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/3 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 5 1/4 lbs. Pizza Dough
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Perdue® Pan-Roasted Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey Breast — cut into triangles
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Straw Mushrooms — drained
  • 3/4 c. Green Onions — sliced
  • 3/4 c. Peanuts — chopped
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese — shredded
  • 1/4 c. Olive Oil — as needed

Instructions

  1. Stir together the barbeque sauce, hoisin sauce, and peanut butter until well blended. Cover and chill for use as the pizza sauce.
  2. For each pizza, use 7 ounces of dough to make an 8 or 9 inch crust. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Spread 3 ounces (1/3 cup) of the sauce mixture over pizza.
  4. Sprinkle with 2 ounces (1/2 cup) of the turkey, 2 ounces (2 tablespoons) of the mushrooms, 1 tablespoon of the green onion, 1 tablespoon of the peanuts, and 1 1/2 ounces (1/3 cup) of the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle pizza with 2 ounces (1/2 cup) of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in a 425°F oven for 13 to 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Serve immediately.
